❌ Cancellation Policy
- 7+ days’ notice: Full refund
- 3–6 days’ notice: $500 cancellation fee
- 2 days or less / no-show: No refund
If we cancel due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues, we will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
🔄 Reschedule Policy
- 7+ days’ notice: Free reschedule
- 3–6 days’ notice: $250 reschedule fee
- 2 days or less: $500 reschedule fee
🌦 Weather Conditions
- Rain will not cancel trips.
- If conditions are unsafe for fishing (e.g., high swell or strong winds), the captain will decide the day before whether to cancel.
- In case of cancellation, you may reschedule or receive a refund of your deposit if rescheduling is not possible.
🎣 Fishing Rules & Equipment
- Catch limit: As per NSW Fishing License guidelines.
- Gear provided: Rods, reels, and lures supplied.
- Policy: “Pay as you lose or damage” applies to equipment.
- License included: Your NSW fishing license is covered for the day.
🥪 What to Bring
- Food and drinks (everything else is provided).
